We don’t believe in quick fixes; leadership is based on establishing trust and credibility and that, takes time. We develop tailored solutions delivered by experts, designed to address specific challenges and produce clearly defined results.

Before we start any interaction, we listen.

We ask lots of questions to find out what the client really needs to execute their vision. Often, this is a combination of personal and group coaching, supplemented by workshops, training and consultancy. We will then select precisely the right skill-set from our extensive network to deliver a ‘package’ which is fit for purpose.

Our programmes deliver results, and they are enjoyable to take part in. Great learning happens when you step out of your comfort zone and it always takes determination to achieve goals, but there’s nothing to say that it can’t be fun. And we like fun.

Ashim Kumar

With an MBA in International Business from the Cass Business School in London and over 25 years of experience in organisational and personal growth, Ashim has worked with many global clients; these include ‘Big 4’ audit firms, Boeing, Coca Cola, Philip Morris International, Johnson & Johnson, British American Tobacco and others.

Ashim heads up the ‘Strategic Leadership and Personal Development’ module of the MBA programme at the Gdansk University of Technology (an Association of MBAs accredited institution). He is a Fellow of the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and the Royal Society of Arts in the UK.

Ashim is based in Poland and works with clients globally.
